Who we are
Paul Fletcher is a recognised and trusted expert in Cornish Estate agency. A Fellow of The National Association Of Estate Agents, he has worked with some of the county’s foremost estate agents. As a Director of Marshalls in west Cornwall for many years he was responsible for project-managing a large number of new-builds during this period. More recently he has specialised in the sale of new homes and building land throughout Cornwall, acquiring many contacts throughout the industry. Paul has continued to handle the sales of a variety of individual homes for a wide client base established over many decades.
Cornwall born-and-bred Adam Fletcher will focus on the day to day running of the new business and act as the first point of contact. He has several years’ experience of managing holiday letting properties. He’s also a well-known figure in the area, being a successful Director of Football at ambitious Mousehole AFC, and among his talents he’s a scratch golfer. So, Adam will be happy to discuss any of your needs on the phone….. or on the golf course!
